This website is a brand site. It does not sell anything, it has no accounts to sign into, and it asks you for nothing. That makes this notice shorter than most.

Who is responsible
Morenga Cosmetics (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2016/235859/07), trading as Doctor Eckstein South Africa, is the responsible party for the personal information described here. Our registered address is PO Box 279, Sunninghill, 2157.

What this site does not do
There is no shop here, no basket and no checkout. We do not ask for your name, your address or your payment details, and there is no form on this site for you to complete. Purchases are made on the Healthy Skin Solutions website, which is operated separately and has its own privacy notice.
What is collected automatically
Like any website, this one is served by computers that keep technical records. Those records can include your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you requested, the time of the request and the page that referred you. They are used to keep the site running, to diagnose faults and to protect it from abuse.
The site also stores a single marker in your browser so that the opening animation plays once rather than on every page. It is cleared when you close the tab, it contains no information about you, and it never leaves your device.
Measurement
When you click through to buy a product, the site records that the click happened, along with which product it was for. This is used to understand which products people are looking for. It is not tied to you, and no identifier about you is attached to it.
Where your information goes
The site is hosted and delivered by third-party infrastructure providers on our behalf. Their servers may be located outside South Africa, which means the technical records described above may be processed in another country under contractual safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Links to other websites
Buying links on this site lead to Healthy Skin Solutions, and some pages link to Doctor Eckstein's own international sites. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's website, governed by their privacy notice rather than this one.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our processing it. Write to info@healthyskinsolutions.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa), whose current contact details are published on its own website.

If this notice changes in substance we will update the effective date shown above. We suggest you check it when you return.
